Pattern and design placement may vary in each product as fabric prints are cut from various angles.

Care:

* For most items - We suggest hand washing in cold water - laying flat to dry - vinyl lettering must not be ironed directly, please iron on reverse side on low heat.

*Please note that delicate items (ex. feathers and some embellishments) may not be washed.

Low heat ironing on cotton fabrics - delicate fabrics may not be able to be ironed or may require special care to iron - contact us if you are uncertain prior to ironing.

*please consider neck measurement and front drop measurement as well when considering sizing options - our dog Piper grace has an 11 inch neck and could fit in XS but we utilize small for her to have the longer drop length in front - drop length is a personal preference

Snaps located at the measurements below, please allow plenty of room for comfort of your pet, bandanas should not fit tightly around the neck for safety. See additional safety notes below. Sizing is approximate. If sizing is in doubt, you may wish to size up. For example, our toy goldendoodle Piper Grace has an 11” neck and wears a size small.

XXSmall: snaps at 7” 8” 9” - drop at approx. 4”

XSmall: snaps at 9” 11” 13” - drop at approx. 4.5”

Small: snaps at 11” 13” 15” - drop at approx. 5.5”

Medium: snaps at 15” 17” 19” - drop at approx. 6.5”

Large: snaps at 19” 21” 23” - drop at approx. 7.5”

XLarge: snaps at 22” 24” 26” - drop at approx. 9”

Our products are not intended for play or unsupervised use. Please do not let pet and/or children play with, bite, chew or lick these products - they are not toys. Do not leave pet unattended while wearing our products or with our products in reach. Dressed Up Pup is not responsible for use, misuse or damage to people, pets or property due to use or misuse of our products, consumers assume all liability and risk.

Cancellations/Modifications:

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Returns:

Dressed Up Pup does not accept returns or exchanges. Our products are inspected for quality control prior to shipping.

In the every unlikely event your product is damaged, please contact us via email within 24 hours after tracking shows package was delivered.

Processing Time:

Our products are handmade. Our designs are often elaborate with complicated and intricate details. Please note these take time to create. Each item is made once ordered so production time varies depending on volume. Our average production timeframe is 2-4 weeks to produce - new releases or rare occurences may require additional timing.

Shipping:

We ship via USPS, in rare instances we may decide upon an alternate carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We highly suggest you visit usps.com and sign up for delivery updates to follow the tracking of your package. Once we ship orders, delivery is out of our hands. Tracking your order is helpful to be aware of current shipping status,

There is an option for USPS priority shipping available at checkout. Please note production times are 2-4 weeks - selecting priority shipping simply assists with expediting the mailing process.

In the event you need to receive an order in a specific timeframe, please email us prior to ordering to check the timeframe.
